At Cool Hats, we strive to make every aspect of your shopping journey as enjoyable as wearing our stylish and cool hats. 

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and be added at checkout.

2. How can I keep track of my order?

If you have chosen the "Standard Registered Shipping" option at checkout, you will receive an automatic e-mail once you have placed your order. As soon as we post it, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number, so you can follow it. 

If you have chosen one of the Non Registered Shipping options (cheaper than the registered mail), there is not a way you can track your order. You only have to wait until you receive it.

3. Can I exchange or return my order?

At Cool Hat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Unfortunately, we don't do exchanges, just returns. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer. 

Once we receive the returned product, a verification process will be conducted to ensure everything is in order.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging (including box, wrapping paper, card and sticker) and in perfect condition for us to process a refund. Cool hats holds the right of not refunding customers by damaged package. A damaged package includes: taping the box with glue, writing anything in the box, taping the return tag from the post office. You can check the Terms of Service for more information on this topic. 

This process may take up to 14 working days, but we're constantly working to have it completed as soon as possible.

4. How much does shipping cost?
We offer registered standard shipping and non registered shipping options. The final price will depend on the type of delivery you opted for & on the location you are in. You can check all the costs at checkout. 
5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Note that changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
