  • Can I exchange my COOL HAT order?
    At COOL HAT we don't do direct exchanges. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If you'd like to return your COOL HAT order, check the Shipping & Return section. If both the cool hat and packaging are in perfect condition we will refund you right away. You can then purchase your new article. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer. You can contact anytime for any assistance. If your product was purchased with a promotion, you can return it and after confirmation, we will give you a code for the new purchase.

  • What to do if I have not received an order confirmation e-mail once I purchased a COOL HAT?
    Oops! Typically, we dispatch a confirmation email swiftly. If it hasn't reached you, please inspect your spam folder. Should it not be there, kindly shoot us an email at, and we'll promptly investigate for any potential errors.
  • In what currencies can I pay for my order?
    At the moment we only accept Euros (€), but we are working to enable payments with more currencies.

  • Can I cancel an order once I purchased a COOL HAT?
    Have you made a mistake and need to cancel an order? If your order has not yet been processed we will try to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse. Send us an email to with your order number indicating that you want to cancel your order and we will let you know if we are able to do so. We understand that mistakes can occur, and we appreciate your understanding that, due to logistical considerations, the cancellation process might not be as swift as we'd prefer.     We ship worldwide. Kindly be aware that shipments to non-EU countries and certain regions within the EU, which are subjected to customs clearance processes (including Andorra, Canary Islands, Norway, and Serbia), may incur additional duties, taxes, or fees not covered by COOL HAT. We suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more detailed information.

    We make sure the COOL HATS all come with adjustable straps or sizing options to ensure the perfect cool fit for everyone.

    Each hat comes with care instructions, but in general, it's recommended to spot clean your hat with a damp cloth and avoid exposing it to extreme weather conditions to maintain its quality and color.
  • Can I customize or personalize a COOL HAT for a special occasion?
    We currently do not offer a selection of customizable hats. However, we thrive on ideas, so you can contact us for personalised cool hats patterns/vibes and we may be able to produce them in the future.
